RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We understand that sometimes things don't always work out.
We provide a discretion-based review of all claims involving the functionality of our hardware - that means all the metal parts on our gear. If we deem your claim to be within our within our scope of unnatural "wear and tear" functional damage, we will provide you with the option to exchange your item at our discretion. We cannot provide any returns or exchanges on chewed, cut, ripped, dirty or damaged fabric. If your hardware - including the collar buckle, adjustable slidebar, clips, D link or rivets - is damaged or faulty please send detailed photos and description to firstname.lastname@example.org along with the name that the order was placed under, and the order number.
We will provide all approved claims involving functional damages within Canada with a return slip. International orders are responsible for their return shipping costs. You will have 10 days from the time of receipt to mail your return slip.
All items marked as "CLEARANCE" are final sale and non-refundable.
Orders are processed immediately after they are made. We cannot cancel your order once it has been made and processed.
We strongly urge everyone to use the size chart to accurately measure your dog and contact us directly to best gauge your fit prior to purchasing if you are unsure. If you would like to exchange your item for another size, please contact us directly with photos of the item prior to sending. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT SIZE EXCHANGES ON ITEMS THAT HAVE VISIBLY BEEN WORN. All size exchanges must have original tags attached. WE CANNOT DO SIZE EXCHANGES ON CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS. We do not warranty any customizations (vinyl or embroidery) after receipt of delivery as these add-ons do not affect the functionality of the collar. Once we approve your exchange request, we will provide you with a mailing address to send your item. Any exchanged merchandise must be shipped with a tracking number paid for by the sender. There is a 25% restocking fee included on all returns.
We provide store credits, gift cards or exchanges on non-faulty items.
Claims can be made up to 30 days after purchase.
