Returns & Exchanges
If you decide that you no longer want your item, you have 30 days from the date you received it for an exchange/ return. Unworn, non-customized items can be sent back to us for a full store credit, exchange or refund subject to a 25% restocking fee. Store credits do not expire.
We cover damages/ defects to hardware - that means all the metal parts on our gear. If your hardware - including the collar buckle, adjustable slidebar, clips, link or rivets - is damaged or faulty please send detailed photos and description to email@example.com along with the name that the order was placed under, and the order number. If your claim is outside of any natural wear and tear, we will replace or exchange your item at our discretion. We cannot provide any returns or exchanges on chewed, cut, ripped, dirty or damaged fabric. We do not warranty against tie out use.
We will replace any defective parts on your collar within 1 year of purchase.
If you need to cancel your order please message us as soon as possible; Once your order begins processing we are unable to fulfill cancelation requests. If we are able to cancel your order, all fees will be refunded minus the transaction fee charged when making your purchase.
